Terms of service

These terms govern your use of PipelineLabs, operated by Tatiana Libreros in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Contact: hello@pipelinelabs.live.

The service

PipelineLabs sends personalised outreach on Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram from accounts you connect, at human pace and within daily limits, and gives you a shared inbox, AI drafts, lead tools and an AI assistant connector. Features may change as we improve the product.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for yourself or your business.
• Keep your login, extension key and connector keys secret; you are responsible for activity under them.
• You confirm you have the right to connect each email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram account you add.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for your outreach and the data you upload. You agree not to:

• send spam, bulk broadcasts or messages to people who asked you to stop;
• break anti-spam, privacy or data protection laws, including having a lawful basis to contact each lead;
• send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or harmful content, or impersonate anyone;
• try to get around daily limits, account-safety stops or other protections, or misuse the service or other customers' data.

We may pause sending or suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts others at risk.

Third-party platforms

WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google and Microsoft are run by other companies under their own terms. You must follow those terms. PipelineLabs lowers the risk of restrictions by keeping volume and timing within human limits, but no tool can guarantee a platform will never limit or restrict an account, and we are not responsible for their decisions. PipelineLabs is not affiliated with these companies.

AI features and assistants

AI drafts can be wrong; review what goes out in your name. AI assistants you connect act only within the access you approve and cannot send messages. You can disconnect them at any time.

Plans and payment

• The Email channel is free. Paid channel add-ons are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. The Chrome extension is a one-time purchase.
• You can cancel any time; paid features stay on until the end of the billing period. Payments are not refunded except where required by law.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Your data

You own your leads, campaigns and conversations. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete them at any time.

Availability and liability

We work to keep PipelineLabs running but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted service or particular results. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or account restrictions by third-party platforms, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes go to the courts of Dubai.

Changes

We will post changes here and tell account holders by email about significant ones.
