Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. Email with 2 sending inboxes costs nothing, with no time limit and no card on file.
How do add ons work?
Each channel is its own $33 monthly add on. Turn on WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Instagram in any combination. All three come to $99 a month, and email stays free. To use any of them you also buy the PipelineLabs Chrome extension once, for $10.
Can I cancel an add on?
Yes, any time, from Settings, Billing. The channel switches off and billing for it stops; with card billing, unused days are credited. Your leads, sequences and conversations stay in your account.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no contract. The only one time cost is the PipelineLabs Chrome extension ($10), and only if you use WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Instagram. Add ons bill monthly in US dollars.
What does the Chrome extension do, and do I need it?
The PipelineLabs Chrome extension sends your WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram messages from your own logged in browser tabs, at human pace, and reports replies back to your inbox. It is a one time $10 purchase that includes updates. Email does not need it, so email only users can skip it.
Why is there a daily limit on each channel?
Because the limit is what protects your accounts. Each channel is capped at a human pace for one account. To send more, connect another account rather than pushing one account past what a person would do.
